A day at the park

The weather has been so nice outside recently that we have been to the park a couple of times. Here, Addie is sporting some sweet shades. Unfortunately, they were way too big, and Addie wouldn't even leave them on long enough for a picture. Oh well.
Daddy got this bike attachment (called an "ibert") for Christmas and had been excited to be able to pull it out and take Addie on a bike ride. This past weekend was his first chance to do it, and he and Addie had a blast on it. Addie, thankfully, does not seem to be scared of too many things-especially new things...she just likes to try stuff out and see what happens! So, she got on the bike with Daddy, looked around, and enjoyed the ride! They definitely got a lot of stares from people as they passed by:

For those of you that may be nervous about the safety here, have no fear, Addie's helmet was fixed soon after this picture. Her helmet is pretty huge, but we were able to put enough padding into it so that it fit her head pretty snugly.
